Thr front desk clerk was very rude, couldnt give directions. The bedspreads had cigarette burns in them and the heater was not working properly. It was one of the worse hotels I have stayed at.

It was nothing like the pictures in the ad. It was dirty and old and smelled bad. If I had my way I would have not checked in, The manager was very rude. The beds are very bad, the rugs were dirty.

Location was perfect for us as we were coming from martha's vineyard and then heading to michigan after our stay at comfort lane.

It just needed to be updated. Bathrooms were clean, but the carpeting needs to be replaced as you could see dust all along the edges and burns, etc. the housekeeping people need to learn how to make a bed. We checked and the sheets appeared to be clean, but the sheets were loose and wrinkled and it looked like they had been slept in. I'm sure they hadn't, but it doesn't present a very good picture for $120 a night.

    Fabulous

Very reasonable price very near the location we were there to go to; cross country meet at U Mass Dartmouth.

Seemed like they had just re-opened, perhaps recently pruchased and had no permits for breakfast.

    Very good

Rooms were spacious, clean and neat. I have been travelling in USA for two months, and this is the first hotel that provided ceramic coffee mugs for in-room tea and coffee-making. What a delight after having to use those horrid styrofoam cups - such a luxury to be able to drink coffee from a real mug! Hotel was set back from the main road...so there was no traffic noise. Very quiet and restful stay during Hurricane Sandy.

The gentleman that was blowing the leaves was also the front desk agent. He was friendly and helpful also calling my room to make sure I was ok.

I booked this hotel as it was pet friendly And I was traveling from pa to see friends so this was a must. When I checked in I was told this was not a pet friendly hotel however there was a dog in the room next to me. I paid the pet fee and was told they would inform the website they are not pet friendly. When I pulled in I was afraid the place was closed as I was the only car to be seen. The neon open sign let me know they were open but also let me know what I was in store for. I was informed the hotel had been closed for 10 months and only opened three weeks ago. I would suggest that the hotel should have waited until the were ready to open. During the night I went to get ice. The ice machine on the first floor was out of order and said to go to the second floor. When I got to the second floor it was completely dark! To be even more disturbing every guest room was open ad the room across from the ice machine was playing music. I was terrified and went bak downstairs. The room was dusted etc but it was very outdated.

    Good

The bed was comfy and the room was clean

There were two sets of plastic glasses in plastic in the bathroom One set was covered in mold.. Also did not use coffee makes as that was in the bathroom and I don't make drinks in the bathroom.

    Good

The room was spacious and definitely well air conditioned, in fact we had to turn it down it was so cool.

The pool was closed and appeared to not have been open for the season. Lack of linens and replacement bathroom products, especially shampoo. The side exit door was not locking (did not require the house key).

    Fabulous

Despite the building being worn, much effort had been made in upgrades of bathroom and carpet. Bed was comfortable, pillows and linens were good. Continental breakfast was fine and coffee was good.

The entry midway on the side smelled bad from smokers outside the door and the smell lingered every time we accessed the door regardless of smokers there or not.

    Very good

Location was perfect for our visit. Comfy and clean.

Free breakfast was supposed to included but there wasn't any. Very few people were in the hotel so I'm assuming that is why we did not get breakfast. Even if there was only one guest, they should have honored the free breakfast. Breakfast was the main reason we booked this hotel. If we had known we would not be served, then we would have booked the hotel next door where they got fed.
